In the 1970s I was introduced to the world of caving and cave exploration which I still enjoy. It was soon after discovering the excitment of caving that I started painting pictures of caves based on drawings that I did<br>underground. Friends soon saw the work and wanted to own some. I descided to have a stall at a cavers fair and it proved very popular. I then met several other cavers who also did work relating to caves and we set up a group. The group is called the <em>International Society for Spelaeological Art<\/em>.
