{"id":20,"date":"2021-11-30T15:41:51","date_gmt":"2021-11-30T15:41:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eurospeleoart.eu\/?p=20"},"modified":"2022-01-18T13:50:57","modified_gmt":"2022-01-18T13:50:57","slug":"contest-announcement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eurospeleoart.eu\/?p=20","title":{"rendered":"Contest Announcement"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Caves and karsts are\u00a0unique\u00a0resources on our beautiful earth.\u00a0In order to make it more visible and also to better understand these two phenomena,\u00a0the global speleological community in a one grand project has named 2021\/2022 as International Year of Caves and Karst.\u00a0The\u00a0European Speleological Federation FSE would like\u00a0sincerely\u00a0to invite\u00a0artists as well as\u00a0art lovers to participate in this international celebration by holding a contest in all fields of art.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The contest will be conducted with particular themes in relation to the protection of caves and karst.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The participants present their ideas, emotions and fantasies with different media in 5 Categories of:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A. Painting, Sketching&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B. Ceramics and Sculpture&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C. Graphic Design, Mixing techniques, Textiles, Prints<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D. Art Performance, Art Video, Music, Sound&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E. Publications, Poetry&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Up to 3 winners will be selected by an international jury in each category for a certificate of appreciation. A certificate will be sent to each of the selected artists per post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The top three of each category will be awarded with a certificate and the winner of each category will receive a money-prize of 100 euros granted by the FSE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A main prize in the form of a Scurion lamp will go to an overall winner.
