The European Speleological Federation FSE is organising this Cave and Art Contest in the frame of the International Year of Caves and Karst.
The FSE consists of 31 european member countries and was founded more than 30 years ago in 1990. At first it only consisted of countries of the EU, but now any country that is member of the so-called European Council can be member of the FSE.
